The Technological Basis of Training Future Teachers of Agricultural Disciplines in Higher Education Institutions: Pedagogical Experience of Great Britain

چکیده

The article aims to develop a comprehensive pedagogical model for training future teachers of agrarian disciplines in the context implementing three-level technology educational process management (EPM). experience Great Britain is under review, which can be used improve technological forming professional competence teaching specialists.
 research methodology was determined by set methodological approaches (system, activity, competence, technological, personal development) and based on experiment that included ascertaining, formative control stages.
 Results. theoretical foundations introduction into environment conditions agricultural higher education institutions are analysed. An applied proposed example first (bachelor) level introducing SMART-educational communicative environment.
 structure readiness activity (motivational-cognitive, practical-active, creative-developmental levels) determined.
 stages (motivational-orientational, planning, cognitive-transformative, control-analytical, regulatory-developmental) considered. didactic methods, forms means managing substantiated.
 Conclusions. results experimental work demonstrate significant increase quality indicators (motivation, creative productivity) implementation EPM.
 system allows boosting students’ increasing their internal motivation, deepening independence individualisation learning, eventually high activity.
